SANY Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Debt Collection Specialist to join our Debt Collection Department based in Jeddah.

This role requires frequent field visits across different cities in Saudi Arabia
, making it ideal for candidates who are proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in handling collections on-site.

• Conduct regular customer visits to follow up on outstanding payments
• Manage and monitor assigned accounts to ensure timely collections
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to facilitate payment processes
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve collection-related issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to support collection efforts and resolve disputes

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in debt collection within Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record in handling customer collections and achieving targets
• Willingness and ability to travel across various cities in Saudi Arabia as per business needs

• Native Arabic speaker or fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
• Excellent command of English
  ; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle fieldwork, customer visits, and follow-ups effectively
• Result-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
