We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team. In this role, you will support daily store operations, assist customers in finding the right products, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Provide accurate product information and offer excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (experience in electronics retail is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
