Account Manager & Visual Merchandiser

The primary role of the Account Manager & Visual Merchandiser is to manage key retail accounts in KSA, based in Jeddah, while ensuring best-in-class in-store execution for all Metaforce brands.

• Manage relationships with key retailers across Jeddah and wider KSA.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure availability, visibility, compliance, and accurate execution of promotions.
• Act as the primary contact for store managers and retail operations teams.
• Review weekly sell-through data, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new launches, promotional initiatives, and replenishment cycles.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain brand-approved visual standards.
• Ensure displays and fixtures are installed and maintained to premium levels.
• Capture high-quality images and report store execution.
• Train store staff on product features and merchandising expectations.
• Gather insights from store visits and competitive reviews.
• Support activation planning and visibility improvements.
• Recommend enhancements for display, layout, or commercial performance.
• Provide clear and structured reporting when required.

• Submit weekly store-visit reports.
• Track store-level and SKU-level sales performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure timely execution.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years’ experience in retail account management or merchandising. KSA experience preferred. Arabic fluency preferred.
