At Chalhoub we express the exceptional Working as a Luxury Tech Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store
Key ResponsibilitiesStore level sell out target accountability Build category manager relationships at store level Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage Supervise motivate and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target
Maintain accurate records of individual sales results team performance and activities
Improvement of individual Expert performance and skills Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned stores Foster a positive high-energy team environment focused on results
Address and resolve any performance issues
Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service Strong communication skills
Previous Experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewlery, Accessories, Technology English language2 years' experience
Excel skills
