Position Overview The Visual Merchandiser

• Maintain consistent brand identity and presentation standards across window and in-store displays.
• Create eye-catching displays while incorporating relevant commercial sales opportunities.
• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate store displays according to brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans to maximize the visual impact of merchandise.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layouts according to established guidelines.
• Create store layouts based on merchandise categories.
• Ensure products are properly merchandised throughout the store.

Use creative lighting techniques for window displays and maximize the placement of new product lines. Re-merchandise relevant areas as new trends develop and ensure visual presentation remains aligned with brand requirements. Photograph merchandise displays whenever changes are completed and collect reviews and feedback relating to merchandise presentation.

• Train and coach store employees on merchandise-based visual presentation.
• Guide the store team in completing daily, weekly and seasonal visual presentation tasks.
• Work closely with store teams to maintain visual standards consistently.

Work closely with operations and brand management teams to support sales performance through effective merchandise presentation. Coordinate with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining the required brand image and visual standards.

• Participate in store pre-opening activities.
• Conduct timely store visits to ensure brand standards are correctly implemented and followed.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle developments relevant to visual merchandising and store presentation.
