• Assist the Store Manager with implementing store operating procedures according to company standards.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure employees consistently follow brand and company policies and procedures.
• Regularly audit store administration and resolve identified issues.
• Manage daily staff rosters, leave requirements and employee grievances.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager regarding employees and products.

Ensure retail employees have the skills and operational support required to provide high levels of customer service and maximize sales opportunities.

• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage customer loyalty and repeat sales.
• Maintain knowledge of the group 's brands to support suggestive selling.
• Keep current with new products, trends and fashion directives to anticipate and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to support sales and minimize stock loss.

Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store in accordance with established VM requirements. Ensure the store team understands and follows the presentation standards expected by the brand.

Maintain awareness and vigilance regarding store security at all times and ensure security responsibilities are handled without negligence.
