The Sales Associate
- Fashion Retail role in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia is responsible for representing the brand, maximizing sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. The position supports customers throughout their shopping experience, maintains merchandise and visual standards, operates the POS system and contributes to stock availability while following operational responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products suited to their needs.
• Engage proactively with window shoppers and support their conversion into buyers.
• Promote the company 's loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow the GUEST customer service model:
  Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell and Thank.
• Maintain knowledge of the group 's different brands to provide relevant recommendations and support cross-selling.
• Explain product features, benefits, materials and care instructions accurately.
• Identify appropriate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and available merchandise when assisting customers.

• Ensure merchandise is presented attractively and according to established store layout and visual merchandising standards.
• Follow VM guidelines and applicable stock management procedures, including requirements for clearance merchandise.
• Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain product availability.
• Re-merchandise stock when required.
• Maintain current product knowledge to support customer recommendations and minimize stock loss.

• Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently for billing and customer transactions.
• Balance the cash till at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Process cash, credit card, voucher and automatic debit payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds and change correctly.

Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance while representing the brand. Remain vigilant regarding store security and follow established loss prevention policies and procedures. The role also requires flexibility to work extended hours during peak sales periods when required.

• Bachelor 's degree.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to contribute to a welcoming customer experience.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Strong product awareness and customer service skills.
