Stock Keeper

Parfum Christian Dior is looking for a Stock Keeper to ensure accurate stock management and smooth daily boutique operations while maintaining Dior’s high standards of excellence.

The Stock Keeper is responsible for managing boutique stock, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, replenishment, transfers, stock counts, and inventory control.

• Receive and verify deliveries against delivery notes and report discrepancies or damaged products.
• Organize stock following the FIFO principle.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight replenishment needs.
• Manage damaged/EOL product returns to the warehouse.
• Verify product prices and labels.
• Coordinate inter-boutique stock transfers.
• Support urgent home delivery orders when required.

• Monitor expiration dates, testers, GWPs, and samples.
• Maintain delivery claims and stock trackers.
• Conduct cycle counts and support annual stock counts.
• Investigate and investigate stock discrepancies, negative stock, or suspected theft.
• Ensure used testers are properly segregated for warehouse return.

• Maintain accurate POSM and merchandise trackers

• Manage the movement and storage of POSM and merchandise.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom.
• Follow Dior and company procedures and internal controls.
• Work closely with the Boutique, Warehouse, Logistics, and other relevant teams.
• Support the Boutique during events, inventory counts, and urgent business needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and commitment to Dior values at all times.

• Previous experience in stock management, inventory, logistics, or retail operations.
• Luxury and beauty experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
