Overview

Trainer & Make-up Artist - Gucci. The Instructor & Make-up Artist is accountable for educating the team of makeup charm experts on make-up expertise, selling and application skills. She is accountable for performing brand name masterclasses and VIP customer events. On organization require basis, she would deliver fragrance training.

• Provide training (In-Class & In-Store).
• Follow the training schedule established by the KSA training manager via in-class, in-store or online training sessions.
• On-board new joiners on brand, product, as well as technical application skills.
• Prepare the in-class training arrangement with the help of the KSA training supervisor.
• In-Store Mentoring & Assessment: train the BAs in-store on the luxury customer experience, offering strategy and product understanding; supply useful comments and motivate the Bachelor's degrees to enhance their skills; prepare & send evaluation reports including a growth plan with a timeframe for each and every BA; examine the renovation of the Bachelor's degrees based on the development plans agreed; maintain an atmosphere of open and positive interaction as well as professionalism and reliability.
• Make-up Creativity: recommend KSA specific MU looks and show UAE MU Training Lead; represent the brand in in-store events and masterclasses; supply customized makeup services for consumers (VIP, Dedicated etc.); support style shows backstage as well as photoshoots (if called for); be versatile to function according to business demands throughout occasions.
• Coverage: maintain as well as provide records as well as training trackers, according to the division's needs; send coaching & evaluation records according to manager's guidelines; report customer comments, product feedback, and any issues to KSA training supervisor.

• Prior training experience with deluxe beauty brands.
• Advanced makeup creativity abilities (fragrance experience is a plus).
• Arabic as well as English fluency.
• Qualified in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) as well as e-mail organization interaction.
• Formal beauty or make-up technical institution accreditation is an advantage.
