Role SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive - Automotive Care is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility through a combination of direct sales execution and marketing support activities. The role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, converting leads, building long-term client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen Brillante's market presence.
This position involves engaging walk-in and inbound customers, preparing quotations, explaining service scopes and warranties, and closing deals in coordination with technical and operations teams. In parallel, the role supports sales-driven marketing activities such as market research, campaign coordination, partnership development, and identifying new business opportunities within the premium automotive care sector.
The role is aligned with Saudi market dynamics and requires a strong understanding of customer expectations,
B2C and B2B sales practices
, and relationship based selling.
- Drive B2C and B2B sales through walk in customers, inbound leads, and direct outreach.
- Engage customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable automotive care solutions.
- Prepare quotations and clearly explain service scope, pricing, warranties, and value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients and fleet accounts
, including service agreements and repeat business. - Support fleet and corporate partnerships
, coordinating proposals and commercial discussions. - Coordinate closely with technicians and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Support the planning and execution of sales driven marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing partnerships and corporate agreements that contribute to revenue growth.
- Contribute to the expansion of new service lines and market segments.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to communicate brand messaging and promotional offers effectively.
- Monitor market feedback and competitor activities to support strategic decision making.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within automotive care, detailing, or related services.
- Proven quota carrying sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical services clearly.
- Experience using CRM systems and basic marketing or sales tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales and marketing approaches accordingly.
- English proficiency (spoken and written);
Arabic is a strong advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and local business dynamics is a plus.
