Regional BDR Team Manager

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems worldwide. We grow our sales and field engineering teams globally, including our Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams. SDRs are outstanding graduates from STEM fields starting their sales career  are hiring SDR Managers to run inbound and outbound teams.

Manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs, and maintain a multi million dollar pipeline. You should be organized, persistent, analytical, hard working, and care to ensure that smart and ambitious people learn and develop the skills they need to represent you and the company in outstanding ways during their career.

• Lead and develop a high performance team of SDRs/BDRs.
• Maintain and grow a multi million dollar pipeline.

• Excellent academic results at school and university.
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
• Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology.
• Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results.

• Creative problem solving and cross team collaboration.
• Leadership experience in one form or another.
• Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
