Sales Consultant, Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Solutions Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for helping homeowners identify, understand, and implement personalized home improvement or service solutions. This role involves assessing customer needs, presenting suitable options, and guiding them through the entire solution process with exceptional service and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate home solutions (e.g., energy‑saving upgrades, security systems, remodeling services, smart home products).
Prepare and present customized quotes or proposals.
Educate clients on product features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
Coordinate with internal departments (installation, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and follow‑up.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong consultative selling skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Valid driver's license (if field visits are required).
Preferred QualificationsBackground in solar energy, HVAC, security systems, or smart home technology.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Familiarity with local housing regulations and permits.
