We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities
  • The role requires frequent interaction with the sales field force, Marketing and Supply teams.
  • The Trade Marketing Manager add value in driving operationally the trade marketing strategic initiatives
  • Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Country Sales team
  • Interact with key stakeholders and settle distributor claims amicably
  • Helping in managing the costing of trade promotions periodically, or as needed
  • Work with Head of TM for calculation of the Return on Investment resulting from trade promotion activities
  • Conduct periodic internal audits of key customers, identify the pertinent issues and suggest remedies.
  • Report variances in actual trade expenditure versus budget by preparing :
    Monthly customer-wise payment reports and Brand / Channel-wise reports
The experience we're looking for
  • Being a Saudi National is must for this role.
  • Planning & Monitoring :
    Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
  • Building Business / Customer Relationships :
    Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkages
  • Negotiation & Influence :
    Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
  • Educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognized University
  • Minimum 5 years FMCG experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Marketing
