Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Pre‑Sales & Sales Specialist who thrives in structured pipelines, consultative selling environments, and measurable lead‑to‑revenue performance models. The role focuses on managing lead generation, qualification, discovery, funnel progression, and opportunity development for AI and technology products.
The Pre‑Sales & Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with product, AI, and marketing teams to understand use‑cases, translate client needs into value‑driven proposals, and ensure a predictable, healthy sales funnel from first contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and optimize lead generation and outreach pipelines
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks
- Conduct discovery discussions to identify needs, pain points, and fit
- Map client problems to product capabilities and technical workflows
- Prepare proposals, solution briefs, and pre‑sales documentation
- Coordinate demos and technical validation with product teams
- Maintain clear funnel visibility using CRM and structured reporting
- Track each stage from lead → SQL → opportunity → closing
- Support revenue forecasting and pipeline accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales playbooks and processes
- Experience in pre‑sales, B2B sales, SDR, or technology solutions selling
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, qualification, and conversion metrics
- Ability to communicate value in technical and business contexts
- Comfortable working in AI, SaaS, or product‑driven environments
- Experience using CRM systems and pipeline‑based workflows
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and consultative skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to structure and measurable outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Sales, or related field
- Experience with AI, automation, or data‑driven product ecosystems
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting and multi‑channel outreach
- Exposure to proposal writing or solution‑scoping workflows
- Growth and quality of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Lead‑to‑Opportunity and Opportunity‑to‑Close conversion rates
- Funnel progression speed and engagement consistency
- Pipeline health, accuracy, and forecast reliability
- Discovery call success rate and value‑fit alignment
- Proposal win‑rate and deal qualification quality
