The Senior Business Development Engineer plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving the company's growth initiatives. This role is suitable for an individual with 6 to 10 years of experience who has a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies, especially within the Construction sector in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and competitive analysis, particularly within the Construction sector.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
  • Analyze data to develop actionable insights and strategies for business growth.
  • Business Development Strategy
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  • Create and execute plans for expanding the customer base and entering new markets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure a seamless flow of communication and project execution.
  • Provide clients with relevant information about the company's services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation
  • Support sales activities to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed and stored in accordance with company policies.

    Qualifications Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
    Experience
    • 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of supporting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
    • Priority for Saudis.
    • Previous experience in a General Contracting company is a MUST.
