Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a wide range of products and services in accordance with approved quality and customer service standards.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall departmental profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Assess customer needs, offer suitable advice, and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Ensure accurate and timely collection of applicable fees and commissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
- Effective communication skills
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
