Sales Representative

Our Client is an American Multinational personal care corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products.

The Company operates in Personal Care, Consumer Tissue, K-C Professional and Health Care. The Company operates and markets its products globally in Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Our client has manufacturing facilities in 37 countries employing 58000 employees. A sales turnover of $21.1 Billion for the year 2012.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Establish a strong professional relationship with key account customer.
• Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets by category by customer.
• Plan, control, and allocate specific budget and consumer promotion allocations in line with the company and sales strategy.
• Plan, negotiate, and finalize the monthly promotional calendar & activation.
• Ensure in-market excellence on POS - Point of Sales - and execution on time.
• Review and maintain agreed pricing policies across all outlets.
• Be a key asset with regard to timely roll-out of product launches and in-market activities.
• Analyze and manage account BDA - Business Development Agreements - renewal process.
• Develop effective business presentations according to the client needs.
• Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, etc

Any Graduation Or Masters in Management.

The Candidate should be an Arab National and holds a transferable Iqama.

Good experience as a sales representative in any FMCG company.
