Overview

The Medical Representative is a leading driver of customer interactions and sales performance. They are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

Major Accountabilities
  • Drive competitive sales growth and identify high‑potential customers through data analysis.
  • Prioritize and engage high‑potential customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions.
  • Drive sales performance through the skillful orchestration of positive customer experiences.
  • Engage and build relationships through value‑based conversations to understand customer challenges, decision drivers, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs by reflecting preferences and leveraging available content and multiple engagement channels.
  • Build sustained partnerships with HCPs to develop ongoing collaboration for Sandoz.
  • Deliver memorable, customer‑centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
  • Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at the territory level and challenge current behaviors to improve the patient journey.
  • Develop deep customer insights by gathering business insights and uncovering what matters to the customer.
  • Translate customer feedback into actions that create additional value and exceed expectations.
  • Leverage available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support product‑ and indication‑related content, campaigns, and interaction plans.
  • Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them run their business and create value‑add solutions while remaining compliant and ethical.
  • Act with integrity, treating customers and colleagues transparently, respectfully, and honestly.
  • Speak up when ethical dilemmas arise and do the right thing.
Qualifications
  • Location:

    Based in Jeddah.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Saudi market in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience in the private sector.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Strong selling competencies and proven sales performance track record.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
