As part of the KSA sales team, the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be followed to ensure continuity of standards across the KSA.
In addition to these duties the Pre‑seller will:
- Provide the supervisor with the latest market information to develop sales opportunities.
- Attend training courses designed to improve professionalism and customer service.
- Complete a daily debriefing with his supervisor.
- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, meeting previously agreed targets.
- Ensure stales remain below the target set by the supervisor.
- Deliver customer service as approved by the supervisor and maintain call frequencies and daily route plans to meet customer satisfaction levels.
- Have the supervisor review customers visited during daily debriefing sessions.
- Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks per operating procedures.
- Maintain the sales vehicle in a clean, roadworthy condition and report any defects immediately.
- Supply ready‑to‑ship customer orders on time, including delivery arrangements.
- Maintain individual customer stock levels to agreed requirements, preventing out‑of‑stock problems.
- Implement agreed in‑store merchandising communicated by the supervisor, coordinating with a company merchandiser if available.
- Advise the supervisor of relevant competitor activity in the area served.
- Reconcile daily cheques, cash and credit sales.
- Keep staff neat, groomed and presentable.
- Maintain a high standard of driving and obey driving regulations.
The following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to measure performance. Failure to deliver consistently the required results will lead to disciplinary action.
Qualifications- Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account building.
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.

- Basic accounting skills.
