Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with retailers and key wholesale customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in premium bedding products
- Develop sales plans and promotional initiatives across assigned territories
- Prepare sales performance reports and provide coaching to team members
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. 10 years of experience in high-end mattress and bedding products, with a strong background in premium consumer goods sales within home products. Proven experience in retail account management, wholesale or distributor sales, and territory sales across Jeddah or the wider Saudi market. Experience managing relationships with major retail chains, independent furniture or bedding retailers, and wholesale distributors.
Experience using an ERP or CRM system; familiarity with Odoo is a plus. Proficient in the English language Male Resides in Saudi Arabia Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni national.
