Project Sales Representative

Alertiqa Premium Trading Co. is looking for a motivated Project Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will identify construction projects, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and promote our range of ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaic, and sanitary products.

• Identify and follow up on residential and commercial construction projects in Jeddah and nearby areas.
• Visit project sites, contractors, consultants, developers, and architectural offices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners and decision-makers.
• Present suitable products, samples, catalogues, and technical information.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until the sale is completed.
• Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, and management regarding availability and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, customer visits, quotations, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular progress reports.
• Monitor market activity and identify new sales opportunities.

• Previous experience in project sales, preferably within ceramic, porcelain, marble, sanitary ware, or building materials.
• Good knowledge of the construction and building-materials market in Jeddah.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and access to a car.
• Good Arabic communication skills;
  English is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
