Inbound Sales Specialist

About the role

Every lead that comes to Whee Keep — web, Whats App, calls, campaigns — lands with you. This is not a support desk. You own the conversion of those leads into paid storage contracts, and you carry a monthly revenue target for doing it. If you like closing, negotiating, and being measured on numbers, this is your seat.

• Convert inbound leads into signed rentals against a monthly target
• Qualify fast — unit size, duration, location, urgency — then quote and close on the same call where possible
• Follow up relentlessly on open and lapsed leads until they close or are disqualified
• Upsell larger units, longer terms, and add-on services at the point of sale
• Log every interaction in the CRM so pipeline, conversion rate, and lead source stay accurate
• Retain and re-activate existing customers approaching end of term
• Feed lead-quality and objection patterns back to Marketing so spend gets sharper

• 2+ years in a sales role carrying an individual target, inside sales, telesales, inbound sales, real estate, telecom, fintech, or similar
• A track record you can quote: what your target was and what you actually hit
• Comfortable negotiating price and handling objections without escalating
• Fluent in Arabic and working English
• Hands‑on with a CRM as a selling tool (Hub Spot, Odoo, Salesforce, or equivalent)
• Fast, organized, and competitive; you care about where you rank

Experience in logistics, storage, moving, real estate, or an on‑demand services startup.
