An exciting opportunity is available for (Representative VI, Sales
) based in Jeddah, KSA.
Who will report directly to Section Head, KSA CTS Sales.
Position Summary:Identifies business opportunities, performs market research and analysis, establishes contact, and develops relationships with prospects through Meetings, calls, emails, etc. to closes profitable deals.
You will be responsible for:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, cold calling, networking, social media engagement, and industry events.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders throughout all project stages.
- Conduct customer needs assessment and market research to identify sales opportunities, monitor competitor activities, track pricing trends, and report market intelligence.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow-up on enquiries and proposals to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation, including assisting with negotiations, securing customer commitments, and achieving assigned sales targets/KPIs.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records of leads, customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, sales activities, and opportunities using company systems and CRM tools.
- Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery, customer satisfaction, and successful execution of awarded projects.
- Support customer retention and account growth by addressing customer concerns, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve better results and increase leads.
- Shared responsibility in ensuring client debts is collected.
- Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO applicable standards, and legal/ regulatory requirements.
Experience:
- Degree OR Diploma in either Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or others.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Degree OR 8 years’ experience with a Diploma.
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
