Enable WnD commercial growth by equipping sales and account teams with the tools, playbooks, training and pipeline support needed to win and scale Warehousing & Distribution business, working across Product, Solutions Engineering and Sales.
Responsibilities- Build WnD playbooks, battle cards and value-proposition content.
- Design and deliver training for sales and account teams.
- Support early-stage deal shaping and qualification.
- Maintain the content library and RFP toolkit.
- Track pipeline health, conversion and win / loss trends.
- Close capability or content gaps that limit growth.
- Coordinate Product, Solutions Engineering and Operations enablement.
- Support onboarding of new sales hires into the WnD portfolio.
- Strong WnD / warehousing and distribution knowledge
- More than 5 years of experience
- Sales enablement, training design and content development
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and analytical mindset
- Facilitation, communication and program-management skills
