• Lead and drive excavator sales activities across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia
  .
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and key accounts
  .
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development and business expansion
  .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase excavator market share and sales performance
  .
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction
  .
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on market activities and business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  , Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction machinery industry
  , with strong experience in excavator sales
  .
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  .
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction equipment market
  , particularly the Western Region.
• Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging business objectives.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to undertake frequent business travel and internal transfers as required.
