Business Development & Execution Lead

Welcome Alliance helps international brands enter the Saudi market focusing on FMCG food beauty wellness retail and distribution We seek a hands-on B2B dealmaker to convert our existing product portfolio and Saudi partnerships into sales owning the commercial process from prospecting to closing

• Manage active projects identify decision-makers and drive clear next steps
• Find and qualify Saudi clients distributors retailers and partners
• Lead meetings prepare offers and samples negotiate and close deals
• Find alternative routes when prospects or partners stop responding
• Coordinate with international suppliers and Saudi operations
• Maintain an updated pipeline and provide brief weekly reports
• Success in this role is measured by qualified sales opportunities signed deals and revenue generated You independently manage targeting meetings standard offers samples and follow-up

• Prioritize current leads build a targeted Saudi buyer pipeline arrange product presentations and tastings and close first orders Agree measurable sales targets with management
• Available immediately or within 30 days confidentiality and non-circumvention agreements required

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia, with personally closed deals.
  
  Experience introducing new brands and working with senior decision-makers, confident negotiation and follow-up skills.
  
  Good spoken Arabic and English.
  
  Self-directed, organized and persistent; able to manage several deals  driving license and own car; allowance provided.
  
  Flexibility around client meeting schedules and occasional Riyadh travel.
  
  Full-time, exclusive commitment; no other commercial activity or brand representation.
  
  Saudi national preferred, or valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship.
  
  Experience in retail, distribution, FMCG, and knowledge of the Jeddah market are strong advantages.
