• Develop and test products and/or packaging in strategic and/or highly complex projects
• Propose new technologies or technological solutions for the portfolio, interfacing with multiple stakeholders during project execution
• Recognize risks that may exist in the stages and replanning of product development projects and recommend actions to mitigate them.
• Participate in projects to approve alternative suppliers and develop products in partnerships
• Recommend acquisitions of equipment and changes in process layout, aiming to implement new lines and/or improvements to existing ones.
• Be updated about the global food and packaging innovations, as well as evaluate technical-scientific literature and bibliographic references relevant to product and/or packaging improvements or for solving everyday problems
• Be committed to continuous improvement and, when applicable, provide statistical analysis of data to discuss results
• Participate in and/or lead technological platforms and disruptive projects under the coaching of consultants
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

• Bachelor’s degree and Postgraduate studies (Specialization/MBA/Masters) completed in related areas:
  Food Engineering, Chemistry, Production, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Technologists or others related.
