Security Manager — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | ⏳ Short-term (1–3 months) or up to 12-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee all security operations for a high-profile international football tournament in the Kingdom. This is a critical, site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring the safety and security of venues, participants, staff, and spectators throughout the event.

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security plans across all venues
• Coordinate with security personnel, contractors, law enforcement, and other stakeholders
• Supervise security teams, access control, crowd management, and emergency response
• Conduct risk assessments and manage incident reporting procedures
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, event protocols, and international safety standards
• Monitor and maintain surveillance systems, access control points, and on-site security operations
• Lead security briefings and provide guidance to all operational teams
• Prepare detailed security reports, post-event analysis, and recommendations for improvement

  Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Security Manager in large-scale events, sports, or public venues
• Strong leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management skills
• Experience coordinating with government authorities, police, or military is an advantage
• Knowledge of security technology and access control systems preferred
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes environments
• Fluent in Arabic and English
