Theopportunity
As IQC expands strategically into Saudi Arabia, we are seeking experienced, well-connected commercial agents to represent our full training and consultancy portfolio to corporates, government-linked entities, banks, oil & gas companies, and multinationals operating in KSA. You earn commission only when you close - no sales targets, no pressure, and no upfront cost to you.
What you will do- Identify and approach corporate clients, government entities, banks, oil & gas companies, and multinationals in KSA
- Promote IQC's certification programs (ASIS CPP, CISSP, CISM, CTRMP), ISO audit services, and customised training
- Set up introductory meetings and manage client relationships through the full sales cycle
- Work directly with the IQC Managing Director on client calls, proposals, and presentations
- Represent IQC at ASIS/ISACA chapter events, networking forums, and industry conferences in KSA; share market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing expectations, and procurement requirements
This is a commission-based, independent commercial representative role
. Compensation is fully performance-based and calculated as a percentage of each deal you close, paid within 30 days of client payment to IQC. Commission rates are competitive, structured to reward both deal size and new client acquisition, and are discussed and agreed individually with shortlisted candidates. There is no salary, no fixed targets, and no upfront cost to you.
- Based in Saudi Arabia with valid iqama or Saudi national
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience in training, consulting, HR, or security sectors
- Existing network of HR Directors, CISOs, L&D Managers, or Procurement Directors at large KSA organisations
- Bilingual - Arabic and English (both required)
- Ability to invoice formally as a registered company or licensed freelance consultant in KSA
- Familiarity with ASIS, ISACA, ISC2, or PMI professional certification bodies
- Understanding of Vision 2030 and Saudization (Nitaqat) workforce development priorities
- Connections at Saudi Aramco, SABIC, STC, NEOM, Saudi banks, or Ministry of Interior affiliates
