Pumps Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, including inspection, repair, and overhauling.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to seals, bearings, shafts, couplings, and pump vibrations to restore optimal performance.
• Carry out precise alignment using Laser, Reverse, and Rim & Face methods to ensure smooth and reliable pump operation.
• Execute installation and replacement of mechanical seals, bearings, and pump components according to manufacturer standards.
• Prepare technical maintenance reports and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from a recognized technical institute.

• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Technician Membership, or ability to obtain it before joining.

• Hands on experience from fresh graduate up to 2 years in mechanical equipment maintenance, preferably in pump maintenance or rotating equipment in industrial, utilities, or manufacturing environments.

• Basic knowledge of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, including operation, inspection, and troubleshooting fundamentals.

• Familiarity with mechanical seals, bearings, and couplings, and ability to perform basic alignment techniques.

• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and ability to follow maintenance standards and technical guidelines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to learn and develop technical capabilities.

• Pump Maintenance:
  Preventive, corrective, and overhauling maintenance for centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose mechanical faults in pumps, seals, bearings, shafts, and couplings.
• Mechanical Seals & Bearings:
  Knowledge of various seals and bearings, with replacement and selection skills.
• Alignment
  
  Skills:
  
  Laser Alignment, Rim & Face, and Reverse methods.
• Installation & Assembly:
  Installing, assembling, and replacing pumps, couplings, and related components.
• Safety Awareness:
