The primary aim of Resicare Alliance is to work alongside the Local Authority to achieve optimum results for young people placed within residential services. Each child may be admitted to a tier 4 service, secure placement, or solo placement. If a solo provision is not required, they will access a group home environment with an aim to develop a reunification plan.
Our mission is to reunify the young person with the birth family, extended family, or foster family where appropriate. For those aged 16+, plans aim towards independence and adult development. The journey of reunification typically spans 18 to 24 months, with extensions considered as needed.
Initial assessment identifies therapeutic needs, enabling a bespoke multisystemic plan. Interventions include motivational interviewing, solution‑focused practice, cognitive‑behavioural interventions, and dialectical behavioural interventions, alongside life story work and family reunification processes.
