Backend Developer; Cloud & DevOps Focus

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with strong Cloud and Dev Ops experience to join our growing tech team.

This role is strictly backend-focused. We are looking for someone who understands scalable architectures, production systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services and REST APIs
• Architect and maintain microservices-based systems
• Deploy and manage services in cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
• Implement caching, queues, and event-driven systems
• Monitor and maintain production systems (logging, observability, uptime)
• Work closely with product and frontend teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions
• 3+ years experience in backend development
• Node.js (NestJS / Express)

• Strong SQL and database design skills (Postgre

• Experience with Redis, message queues (Kafka / Rabbit
  
  MQ), or event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker

• Experience with performance tuning and low-latency systems
• Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform is a plus)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience with load balancing and scaling strategies
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
