Hybrid – based in Dubai, Lebanon, Egypt, or Saudi Arabia, with travel to Saudi Arabia whenever required

Botmind Technologies is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (CE/CRM) to join our team and play a key role in delivering advanced CRM, automation, and integration solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical professional with deep hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure‑based integrations, who can design and build scalable business solutions from end to end.

You will work on high-impact projects involving:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Dataverse and model‑driven apps
• Power Platform and workflow automation
• Microsoft Graph and Outlook / Exchange integrations
• Azure Functions, storage, and integration services
• Microsoft Teams integration and notifications
• Intelligent document and submission automation workflows

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions
• Build plugins, custom workflows, integrations, APIs, and automation logic
• Develop scalable Dataverse-driven business applications
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, and external systems
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture, deployment, optimization, and ongoing enhancement

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Hands‑on expertise in Dataverse, Power Platform, and model‑driven apps
• Experience with CRM customization, integrations, workflows, and APIs
• Good knowledge of Azure services and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work across teams and support complex business transformation initiatives

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Teams integrations, and Outlook-based automation
• Experience with document processing / intelligent automation solutions
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly process-driven sectors
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus

This is a hybrid role. The selected candidate may be based in Dubai, Lebanon, Egypt, or Saudi Arabia, and must be available to travel to Saudi Arabia whenever required for project, client, or business needs.
