We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer Supervisor to join ALBAIK Future Development Team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of high-quality mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and modern development frameworks.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications integrated with backend services and APIs.
- Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and production-ready code following software development best practices.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, improve product performance, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Implement pixel-perfect UI components, smooth animations, and responsive user experiences aligned with UI/UX requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, backend services, and databases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture, design, and code review discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Mobile Application Development within production environments.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Type Script, React, and React Native.
- Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, security, session management, and mobile development best practices.
- Experience with Git, collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.
- Knowledge of JavaScript design patterns, state management solutions, SVG, data-driven UI, and modern mobile development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile user experience optimization.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
