We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Software Developer/Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of our web applications, database architectures, and business intelligence (BI) solutions
. Your immediate focus will be on building robust web systems and unlocking insights from our data. While we plan to expand into mobile applications in the future, your core day-to-day impact will be centered on our web and data ecosystem.

) will be determined based on the selected candidate's depth of experience.
- Core Development (Immediate Focus): Design, build, verify, and deploy:
- High-performance Web Applications
. - Robust Database Architectures and schemas.
- Secure, scalable APIs to connect our systems.
- Actionable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and reporting tools.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software and security systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate user feedback, recommend system upgrades, and execute program improvements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Future Scope: Support the transition into Mobile Applications when the roadmap expands.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in Full-Stack Web Development and database management.
- UI/UX: Hands-on experience in web and visual design following user experience best practices.
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Backend: Python.
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server (crucial for our BI and core architecture).
- Mobile: Mobile application development experience is a plus for the future but not required for day-one tasks.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and mathematical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies quickly.
