Software Developer, Web Developer

The role is responsible for developing maintaining and improving all in-house NET applications and services The candidate will manage and enhance the company s intranet portal build and support integrations using NET technologies and contribute to microservices development The role also includes front-end work using JavaScript SharePoint customization and administration and mobile application design The goal is to deliver stable secure and scalable solutions that support daily business operations and future growth

• Develop maintain and enhance all internal NET applications to ensure smooth and reliable operations
• Design and manage the organization s intranet portal including new features UI updates and performance improvements
• Build and support system integrations using NET frameworks APIs and web services
• Develop and maintain microservices to improve scalability performance and modularity of internal systems
• Handle front-end requirements using JavaScript ensuring clean responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Customize configure and support SharePoint solutions including workflows sites and document management
• Design and support mobile application interfaces and workflows ensuring usability and consistency with backend services
• Troubleshoot system issues identify root causes and implement long-term fixes to maintain high system availability
• Collaborate with IT business teams and external partners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Maintain proper documentation for applications integrations and system processes
• Ensure all solutions follow security standards best practices and organizational policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new technologies tools and development approaches
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Experience with JavaScript, microservices, and system integrations.
• Practical experience in SharePoint customization and administration.
• Background in intranet portal development and support.
• Exposure to mobile application design.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, version control, and coding best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
