Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Focused)

UrNamu is expanding its core tech team, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong AI exposure to play a key role in building and scaling our platform.

You’ll work across the entire stack, collaborate closely with AI engineers and product teams, and take ownership of complex, high-impact features.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and frontend experiences.
• Lead the development of core platform features deployed in production environments.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLM-driven workflows and document intelligence.
• Collaborate with AI engineers on APIs, RAG pipelines, and AI-enabled platform features.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Ensure high standards for performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.

• LLMs, embeddings, and AI integrations

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and modern backend architectures.
• Solid understanding of frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Proven experience integrating AI-driven features or working with AI-enabled systems.
• Strong system design, clean code, and architectural decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead technically, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
