We are seeking a skilled and energetic Spa & Recovery Therapist (Sports & Reflexology Specialist) to join our high-performance wellness team. This role goes beyond a traditional spa environment—you will be an essential part of our members’ recovery and performance journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports recovery, experienced in massage and reflexology, and confident working with active individuals in a gym-based setting.

• Deliver high-quality reflexology treatments focused on athletic recovery and systemic balance.
• Perform sports massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy tailored to active members.
• Assess members’ fitness goals, injury history, and physical condition to create customized recovery plans.
• Support athletes and gym members in improving mobility, reducing stress, and enhancing performance.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional treatment environment within the facility.
• Collaborate closely with personal trainers and coaches to ensure a holistic wellness approach.
• Educate members on the benefits and purpose of recovery treatments.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, safety, and member care at all times.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in massage therapy or reflexology, preferably in a sports, gym, or clinical setting.
• Valid certification/license in Massage Therapy and Reflexology is required.
