Logistics Coordinator

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Beginning March)

We are supporting the delivery of an upcoming large scale international football tournament in Saudi Arabia and are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team on a 3 month contract based in Jeddah.

Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities across multiple event locations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations across venues and event sites
  • Track deliveries, shipments, and movement of materials and equipment
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support inventory management, storage, and distribution activities
  • Ensure timely deployment and retrieval of event related assets
  • Assist with transportation schedules and logistics planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Identify and resolve logistical issues proactively
  • Ensure alignment with operational timelines and procedures
Candidate Requirements
  • Saudi talent preferred for this opportunity
  • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
  • Previous experience in logistics, operations, or coordination
  • Experience in events, sports, or large scale projects is highly preferable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Detail oriented with a problem solving mindset
