This role will provide hands‑on experience in fleet operations, vehicle tracking technologies, workshop coordination, and compliance processes within a dynamic FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support fuel system monitoring using the Perto App
- Monitor fleet movement through vehicle tracking systems (Telmatix)
- Maintain and organize fleet documentation and filing systems
- Track vehicles under maintenance and workshops
- Assist in vehicle handover processes and permit issuance via the Tamm system
- Support monthly fleet inspections and compliance checks
- Fleet tracking systems and operational tools
- Monthly vehicle inspections and reporting
- Workshop and supplier coordination processes
- Fuel management systems
- Documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
- Vehicle permit issuance via the Tamm platform
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Eligible for Tamheer Program
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fleet Operations
