Job Description Summary
Responsible for managing fleet maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining compliance, service quality, and budget control.
Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure safe and continuous fleet operations.
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain repair and maintenance records.
- Manage accident and breakdown response.
- Coordinate with vendors and workshops.
- Monitor fuel consumption and tire performance.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Minimum 5 years of fleet management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, logistics, and safety regulations.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- MS Office and fleet software proficiency.
- Communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related field.
- Knowledge of fleet management systems.
- 95%+ Fleet Availability Rate
