Courier

As a Courier Delivery Associate you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages and documents to customers in Jeddah. You will be working with a fast-paced team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

• Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan routes and follow delivery schedules.
• Collect payments from customers when required.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made.
• Report any issues or delays in delivery to the supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving company vehicles.

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in courier services.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Jeddah roads and neighborhoods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit to handle packages up to 20 kg.
• Ability to work without accommodation.
