Transportation

• Receive products from ports and deliver them to the warehouse.
• Collect documents and products from the warehouse.
• Deliver products to customers across KSA per Warehouse Supervisor's instructions.
• Collect faulty products from customers and return them to the warehouse for servicing.
• Document the delivery process and obtain an official receipt from the customer with the agreed receipt form.
• Submit reports to the Warehouse Supervisor about customer visits on a daily to weekly basis.

• Load medical equipment into vehicles safely.
• Submit a daily work report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Attend to urgent calls from the warehouse and divert deliveries accordingly.
• Comply with all warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations.
• Submit the final receipt document with the customer's stamp once the product has been delivered to the Warehouse Supervisor.

• Properly check and inspect items for quality and quantity against the invoice and delivery note to ensure accuracy.
• Inform the Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Collect and return all documents with the customer's signature stamp and company stamp to the warehouse.

• Drive safely and obey local traffic department laws and regulations.
• Utilize online maps to identify fastest routes.
• Maintain an organized travel schedule and ensure ample time to reach destination.

• Check and maintain the vehicle's petrol on a regular basis.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance items—coolant, engine oil, etc.—and repair when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.
• Maintain the vehicle's logbook daily and cross‑check it with the GPS driver log.
• Ensure timely renewal of the company vehicle and personal driving license.

The incumbent will cover the Central region (Riyadh and its provinces) and, as needed, other areas of Saudi Arabia. Field work will be conducted under the guidance of the direct manager.

• Minimum education:
  
  Diploma or High School.
• Valid KSA driving license (light transport) with a clean driving record.
• Experience:
  
  fresh graduates or 1–2 years as applicable.
• Job location:
  
  KSA regions with coverage as needed.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Good communication skills and good follow‑up.
