Loader Supervisor

We are in need of a hardworking and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed. This is a contract position open to all nationalities, with free visa and ticket provided. No English language skills are required for this job.

• Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks or ships
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed by the loaders
• Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety measures
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of loaded cargo
• Communicate with truck drivers, ship captains, and other personnel to ensure timely loading and unloading
• Troubleshoot any issues or delays in the loading process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs

• Previous experience as a Loader Supervisor or similar role is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
• Excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members, drivers, and other personnel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Must be physically fit as the job requires lifting heavy objects

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.

This job is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
