- Monitor driver compliance and address issues while providing reports to the management.
- Engage with current and prospective clients to assess their needs and coordinate with the direct manager.
- Manage vehicle commitments, including receipt and delivery of vehicles to drivers based on established templates, and escalat
- Directly supervise drivers and ensure their adherence to daily work schedules.
- Organize driver schedules and allocate tasks and routes as needed.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Resolve daily challenges faced by drivers during operations.
- Facilitate coordination between drivers and clients to ensure service quality and adherence to agreements.
- Monitor driver performance and submit regular reports on compliance and efficiency.
- Train and guide new drivers on operational procedures and service requirements.
- Oversee the overall condition of vehicles and alert for any maintenance needs.
- Ensure driver readiness (licenses, documentation, compliance with regulations).
- Coordinate with management during emergencies and natural disasters or high-pressure situations.
- Monitor customer complaints related to drivers and work on resolving them, including reporting.
- Prepare daily reports provided by management to assess current status and workflow.
- Proficient in computer usage
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
