We are looking for Transportation Dispatchers to join our Operations – Transportation team in:
Jeddah
Jubail
Key Accountabilities:- Schedule and assign drivers and trucks based on delivery timelines, load requirements, and route efficiency
- Monitor daily dispatch activities and adjust plans in case of delays, urgent requests, or operational changes
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure smooth delivery execution
- Track trips through TMS/GPS systems and maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records
- Verify trip sheets, delivery notes, driver logs, and related documentation
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety requirements
- Report and elevate delays, incidents, resource shortages, and operational bottlenecks
- Support shift handovers, vehicle maintenance coordination, and driver availability planning
Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch coordination, trucking, or transportation operations
- Proficiency in TMS/dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and MS Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Saudi transport regulations, driver/vehicle compliance, and safety requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules
