- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.  - Ensure accurate inventory control and regular stock counts.

- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure productivity targets are met.  - Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.  - Maintain documentation and system accuracy (GRNs, stock transfers, dispatch records, etc.).  - Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
