Inbound Receiver

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Receiver to support daily receiving operations within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound goods, ensuring correct system entries and supporting smooth warehouse workflows in line with safety and operational standards.

• Receive inbound shipments from suppliers and logistics providers according to approved documentation.
• Inspect received goods for quantity, condition, and quality.
• Match inbound deliveries against purchase orders (POs) and delivery notes.
• Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Perform labeling, scanning, and data entry activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Follow FIFO / FEFO procedures during receiving operations.
• Move received items to designated put-away or staging areas as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
• Comply with all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
• Support coordination with inbound, inventory control, and put-away teams to ensure smooth material flow.

• High school diploma (Diploma preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in inbound receiving or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of receiving, inspection, and inventory handling processes.
• Ability to use WMS systems and handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work under operational pressure.
• Team-oriented with good discipline and work ethics.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.
