Warehouse Keeper

We are looking for a Warehouse Keeper to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and maintain organized storage in line with company standards.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling stock movement efficiently while coordinating with internal departments to support smooth operations.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to procedures.
• Issue and dispatch items as per approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
