Scope

The incumbent is responsible for carrying out all Warehouse activities like arrangement of incoming materials, use of RF devices for identification and movement of stock using individual's own login credentials, transfer of materials and pallets, issue of materials to various production line as per Transfer Orders in MERPS, delivery of materials to the destination in intact, safe method as per user's timings while maintain correct inventory level with correct location all the time.

The incumbent is responsible for carrying out all Warehouse activities like arrangement of incoming materials, use of RF devices for identification and movement of stock using individual's own login credentials, transfer of materials and pallets, issue of materials to various production line as per Transfer Orders in MERPS, delivery of materials to the destination in intact, safe method as per user's timings while maintain correct inventory level with correct location all the time.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver on GSK Expectations.
• Control receiving activity of materials in the area of responsibility and ensure that all are matching with the PO and packing list.
• Store items according to its location and approval from QA.
• Issuance of materials to production according to work orders (MO & PO) & material requisition (MR).
• Maintain the records “entries” of stock as per the current transaction.
• Report any incoming or outgoing materials and finished goods discrepancies from any process made.
• To support implementation of Status labeling, GMP & Safety requirements during the department activities.
• Use of forklift and trolley to transport materials.
• Use of RF devices for any and all stock movement e.g. Transfer order confirmation, picking of pallets using individual's own login credentials.
• Issuance of GRN and the relevant records and deliver it to the owner department.
• To coordinate with QC for the sampling activities for material handling.

• Accurate entries of stock are a must where all plans will be processed against.
• On time delivery of material to production.
• Strict adherence to SOP, GMP and Safety requirements
• Transportation of materials to its exact location.
• On time issuance and delivery of GRNs.
• Accountable for individually identified risks and elevate to the line manager, where applicable develop risk mitigation plan and monitor the implementation plan.

• Transportation is requiring a physical movements all the times including manual handling and handling of hazardous materials.

Cross contamination management SOP between all warehouse must be adhered in all times.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• College education (area of specialisation: Warehouse Management & Supply Chain).
• Knowledge about GMP.
• Training / licenses on manual handling and forklift driving.
• Very good in Computer skills.
• Knowledge on material safety data sheet SDS.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to use computer systems i.e SAP
• 2-5 Years experience
